Ingredients

  • 1 lb93/7 lean ground beef
  • 1 packagesshredded mozzarella part skim cheese
  • 1/2 cupshredded colby jack cheese (for color)
  • 3 pinchoregano
  • 1 packageslasagna noodles
  • 1 packagessmall size fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 packagestraditional pasta sauce

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Brown ground beef while your lasagna noodles are boiling

  3. 3

    Drain lasagna noodles and rince with cold water to cool them off

  4. 4

    Combine pasta sauce and cottage cheese with the browned ground beef

  5. 5

    Assemble first later of lasagna noodles into pan (I use cake pan)

  6. 6

    Apply a generous layer of sauce/beef/cottage cheese layer onto noodles

  7. 7

    Top with cheese and 1 pinch of oregano

  8. 8

    Repeat until ingredients are completely used

  9. 9

    Bake at 375° for 35 minutes

  10. 10

    Recommended: Serve with garlic bread

  11. 11
