Sweet Mustard Chicken

Preheat oven to 425 and grease 9 x 13 pan.

Whisk together mustard, maple syrup, brown sugar, and red wine vinegar.

Place chicken in dish leaving space between.

Liberally salt and pepper each breast.

Pour some sauce mix over chicken, coating all chicken pieces with the sauce.

Bake 15 minutes then pour rest of sauce over the chicken.

Reduce heat to 400 and cook 15 more until sauce is bubbly and golden brown. (Can be cooked 3-4 hours on low in crock pot)
