Another dish from my childhood. I remember having this by the river on picnic days with the family.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1octopus, whole
  2. 3 clovesgarlic, chopped finely
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1 handfulchopped coriander
  5. 1 drizzleolive oil, extra virgin
  6. 1 drizzlevinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker, add water, salt and whole octopus. Cook the octopus for 10-15 minutes or for 45 minutes at boiling point in a normal pot.

    Remove from the water and let the octopus cool down completely.

  3. 3

    Cut the octopus into pieces.

  4. 4

    Add the chopped garlic, coriander and a pinch of salt.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.

  6. 6

    Stir well and place in fridge until serving time.
