Drain the tuna

Put tuna, egg, basil, dill weed, xanthan gum, and cilantro into a bowl. Mix well. Then add parmesan cheese mix and form into a thin patty

Take a pan add oil fry the patties fry till done and a bit crispy. Move to paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Take half the patties set on plates. Slice the tomatoes and put a slice on each patty and egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with the other half of patties.

Squeeze lime juice over the top of sandwiches.

Add a little garlic if you like
