Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1/2 cupcocoa powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspcoffee powder
  • 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. 2

    Mix milk and vinegar at room temperature

  3. 3

    Sift flour, soda,cocca, coffee and salt. Mix in the sugar and stir well.

  4. 4

    Mix oil and vanilla extract to the milk mixture.

  5. 5

    Add wet ingredients to dry.

  6. 6

    Grease a pan and pour the batter.

  7. 7

    Bake for 25 - 30 mins ( until toothpick comes out clean )

  8. 8

    Cool completely and dust with powered sugar and serve!!

Good but I cooked then just a little too long. Too dry for anyone but me.
