  • 4large potatoes
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into small rectangular long strips. Wash and dry them using a kitchen cloth.

  2. 2

    Put oil for frying in a deep skillet and heat.

  3. 3

    Fry the chips for about 3 minutes turn anf fry for 2 more minutes.
