Ingredients

4boneless skinless chicken breast
1low sodium, fat free chicken broth
1lemon, thinly sliced
4sprigs of Rosemary
2 clovegarlic, chopped
1 dashof sea salt and a few twists of ground black pepper

Steps

Place chicken breast at the bottom of your crockpot. Top with chicken broth, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and sliced lemon.

Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
