Ingredients

  1. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cupwater
  3. 3 tspvegetable oil
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 2 tbspsugar
  6. 3 tspmilk powder (optional)
  7. 1your favorite cheese- I mixed halloum and shreded mozarlla
  8. 1 tbspyeast (ready to mix)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour,yeast,salt, sugar,oil,water,milk powder and oil together with the help of a food processor or by hand but thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Once you are done mixing place the dough in a bowl and cover it with a nylon bag. Keep covered for 30 to 60 mins

  3. 3

    After the time has passed, preheat your oven to 200°C

  4. 4

    Form your dough into small round doughs and fill each one with the cheese.

  5. 5

    Make sure each peice has the cheese inside the small round dough

  6. 6

    Put some oil on the bottom of your oven tray and place the small cheese balls next to each other to create a bee hive look

  7. 7

    You can brush egg slightly on the top of the dough before it goes to the oven for 15 minutes on 200 °

  8. 8

    After 15 minutes of cooking let it cool down a bit before removing it from you tray
