Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspcarrots grated
  2. 2 tbspBeetroot grated
  3. 2 tbspbottlegourd (dudhi grated)
  4. 2 tbspcabbage chopped finely
  5. 1/4 cupSpinach chopped (palak leaves)
  6. 1/4 cupFenugreek chopped (methi leaves)
  7. 1/4 cupdill leaves chopped (suva leaves)
  8. 1/2 tbspchilli ginger paste
  9. 2 tbspCurd (not sour)
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/4 tspajwain seeds
  13. 2 cupswhole wheat flour
  14. Water if needed

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl mix all the vegetables and leafy Vegetables.

  2. 2

    Add all the spices and salt.

  3. 3

    Now add wheat flour and Curd and mix well.

  4. 4

    Mix to a semi soft dough.

  5. 5

    Add water only if needed.

  6. 6

    Now Divide the dough into equal small parts and flatten each ball to make Parathas.

  7. 7

    Roll the balls into not very thin Parathas.

  8. 8

    Heat tawa and roast the Parathas in a medium flame using little oil.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with curd with breakfast or at dinner time.
