dressing
5 ozricotta cheese
1 tspsugar
1/2 cupsour cream
1/4 cupvanilla extract
salad
1/2 cupraisins
1/2 largered papaya
1/2 cupchopped pineapple
1/4 cupcoconut flakes
10 ozshredded carrots
1/3 cuppecan halves
1 cupsmall fruit flavored or small regular marshmallows

Cook the vanilla extract 5 minutes simmer so it isn't raw, let cool

Slice and scoop the papaya set aside

Mix the sour cream, vanilla extract, sugar and ricotta cheese

Mix all the other ingredients except marshmallows

Add the dressing to salad add marshmallows mix well serve
