Ingredients

8 servings
  1. dressing
  2. 5 ozricotta cheese
  3. 1 tspsugar
  4. 1/2 cupsour cream
  5. 1/4 cupvanilla extract
  6. salad
  7. 1/2 cupraisins
  8. 1/2 largered papaya
  9. 1/2 cupchopped pineapple
  10. 1/4 cupcoconut flakes
  11. 10 ozshredded carrots
  12. 1/3 cuppecan halves
  13. 1 cupsmall fruit flavored or small regular marshmallows

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the vanilla extract 5 minutes simmer so it isn't raw, let cool

  2. 2

    Slice and scoop the papaya set aside

  3. 3

    Mix the sour cream, vanilla extract, sugar and ricotta cheese

    Mix all the other ingredients except marshmallows

    Add the dressing to salad add marshmallows mix well serve
