Ingredients

2 servings

1 cup2% reduced -fat chocolate milk
2/3 cupsliced ripe banana
1 tbspsugar
1 tspinstant coffee granules
1/4 cupvanilla low-fat yogurt
1whipped cream ( optional )

Cooking Instructions

1

Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Place blender container in freezer; freeze 1 hour or until slightly frozen.

Loosen frozen mixture from sides of blender container; add yogurt.

Process until smooth.
4

Serve immediately.
