Steps

Rinse carrots and celery, removing ends and chopping into large pieces. Remove skins from onions and rough cut. Remove skins from garlic

Heat oil in stock pot and add the garlic and vegetables
- 3
Brown the vegetables over high heat then add the water and bring to a boil
- 4
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain vegetables from stock and discard vegetables
