Ingredients

4 eachantibiotic / hormone-free boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 eachlemons zested
1 tspfennel seed
1 tspthyme
4 eachsprigs of fresh rosemary
1 tbspfresh lemon basil
2 tbspfresh flat - leaf parsley
2/3 cupextra - virgin olive oil
1/4 tspblack pepper
4 clovegarlic

Steps

1

Put garlic through garlic press. Add salt and mash into paste.

Chop herbs. Add all ingredients into shallow dish. Add chicken.

Grill chicken. Squeeze juice of one lemon over chicken while still hot.
