Ingredients

2potatoes (boiled,)
1/2 cupblack gram (soaked for 6 hours)
1/2 cupwhite gram (soaked for 6 hours)
4 cupswater
to tasteSalt
1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
1 tablespoonchaat masala
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1/2 cuponions (chopped)
1/2 cuptomatoes (chopped)
1 tablespoongreen chilli (chopped)
1/2 cuponion greens (chopped)
1/2 cupchopped cucumber
as neededCoriander leaves (for garnishing)

Steps

Boil white gram and black gram using 4 cups water and salt.

Take out boiled gram. Chop boiled potatoes in it.

Add chopped onions, cucumber, tomatoes, onion greens.

Sprinkle salt, pepper and chaat masala. Mix well.

Add lemon juice.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve.
