Making of the french toast: break 1 egg in a bowl, add liquid milk, dash of salt and dash of black pepper, whisk together

Heat up pan, spray cooking spray on the pan; soak bread in the whisked mix and place in hot pan; flip over once the other side is brown and set aside

Add little veg oil and then place the sausage and toss for about 4 minutes till its cooked through and then remove from frying pan

Sunny Side Up: Heat up pan and spray cooking spray on the pan, break egg into the pan after 50sec flip over and do same and set aside.

Serve French Toast with, sausages, sunny side up and baked beans with glass of smoothies
