  1. chicken keema
  2. 400 gramschicken minced
  3. 2onions chopped
  4. 2tomatoes chopped
  5. 4green chilli
  6. 6curry leaves
  7. 2fresh parsley leaves
  8. 6spring onions
  9. salt
  10. spices
  11. 1/2 tbspground cumin powder or cumin seeds
  12. 1/3 tbspturmeric powder
  13. 2green cardamon
  14. 1/3 tspfenugreek seeds
  15. 1 tbspkhasmiri red chilli powder or paprika
  16. 1kalpasi (black stone flower)
  17. 1 smallpiece of cinnamon
  18. 1/2ground black pepper
  19. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  20. 1/2 tspchicken masala
  21. 1/2 tbspgarlic and ginger paste

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan and fry the vegetables for a couple of minutes. Add all the spices too.

    Add the chicken keema, mix well and stir fry for 10-15 minutes.

    Serve hot, top with some fresh parsley. Best eaten with steamed rice, roti or bread.
