Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupsalt
  2. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  3. black pepper
  4. 1poultry seasonings
  5. crushed red pepper flakes
  6. 1Montreal chicken seasonings
  7. 1 galloncold water
  8. 3 tbspwyler chicken boulion granules

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all your spices in a large pot of cold water

  2. 2

    Stir to combine

  3. 3

    Add chicken and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.

  4. 4

    Now this is more of a base method. Feel free to add any spices you prefer. The big thing is the salt and water. Your chicken will be flavorful,moist and delicious!

    I tend to overcook my fried chicken so this helps ensure a juicy chicken every time
