1box of dark chocolate brownie mix
2/3 cupAndes creme de minthe baking chips
1package of Chocolate Sprinkles
1Extra Egg

Follow instructions on box of Brownies but add your extra egg 🍳. It makes it fluffier like a cake 🎂.

Mix in 1/3 of Your minthe chips into the mixture.

Take a muffin tin and grease it VERY WELL. If you would prefer to spare the Extra calories, use cupcake papers. ;)

Approximately 1/4 of a cup of the brownie mix will fill the muffin tins perfectly. (Scoop into )

Make at 350° until finished.

Take out of oven. Set aside to cool slightly. In a microwavable bowl, put the rest of your baking Chips into the microwave for approximately 25-30 seconds.. Its ok if it is still slightly lumpy, the muffins will melt the lumps out.

Pour melted chips over each muffin. Then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.

I love ❤ cooking! I hate the dishes tho(; .. Southern-home cooking is my favorite! My favorite cuisines to eat are Mexican, Thai, Japanese, and Chinese. You can never go wrong with Italian either! I rarely measure anything. I just throw it into a bowl, mix, and go! Butter is a very important main-ingredient. Remember that!I am married. My husband's name is Jacob. We have a mountain lion, ahem… I mean large tabby cat 😽 who is a large fatty named Charles. A long-haired tuxedo cat 😽 who thinks she is queen of the world 🌎, named Rita. We also have a delightful french bulldog of which we call our warthog for all of her snorty- replies, named Patty. They get to eat 🍴 all leftovers. So they get to enjoy the recipes I try as well! My cats loved the chicken 🍗 salad leftovers!:) My husband is quite the character too! He calls me mrs potato 🍠 head. Hence the potato 🍠 head lady. ~ I live in small-town arkansas and am a Jesus lovin girl! He's number 1 in my life. I hope you enjoy my recipes.
