Ingredients

6 servings

500grams good quality beef mince
2 tbspeach of chopped fresh basil and parsley
1clove garlic crushed
1 tspsugar
1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 cupfresh breadcrumbs
1grated carrot
1grated onion
1/4 cupworchestershire sauce,or any of choice
1egg
1salt and pepper to season
1touch of water to help bind (only if needed)

Mix everything together in a bowl, add a touch of water if needed

divide into about 18 small balls and roll into patties

Barbecue or grill until cooked throughout.

Serve with tomato sauce or ketchup

Added Garam masala and made 4 small meatballs out of each pattie - delicious with spaghetti and a tomato sauce!
