Ingredients

1 lbuncooked poatoes
1/4 cupport wine
1 tspground cinnamon
1 tspbrown sugar
1 tbspbutter

Cut potatoes into slices

Place butter in sauce pan to heat , then place sliced potatoes to fry.

Fry potatoes on each side

Mix the other three ingredients together then pour over potatoes in sauce pan.

Let it boil to a caramel state.

Then serve.

Caution sauce can be very hot.
