  2. 6 largepotatoes peeled washed and chopped
  3. 1 tbspparsley dried
  4. 1 tspwhole dried oregano
  5. 2 tspdried sweet basil
  6. 1 largeonion chopped
  7. 1 tspfresh ground black pepper
  8. 2 cupwater separated

    in a pot add potatoes

    add 1 cup of water

  6. 6

    cook covered stir occasionally

    when water gets low add second cup cook till potatoes are tender not mushy but done firm

    note can be done in crockpot
