Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bowlCooked Rice
  2. 1 cupChopped veggies like bell papers (any colour)
  3. 1 bowlCabbage chopped
  4. 1chopped carrot
  5. 1Onion chopped
  6. 1 tspOlive oil
  7. 1.5 tspMexican herb
  8. 1 tspApple cider vinegar
  9. 1.5 tsp or As per tastePaprika powder
  10. 1 tspGinger garlic powder or paste
  11. 1Avocado paste
  12. 3 tspGuacamole sauce
  13. 1 tsp or as per tasteGreen chilli chopped
  14. 2 tspchipotle sauce
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. 1-2 dropsFood colour (optional)

Steps

    If you want you can add food colour in rice to attract kids to this healthy recipe, it's optional.

    Take a pan, add olive oil

  3. 3

    After the oil is hot, add ginger-garlic paste and onion (chopped) simultaneously, sauté a little, flame should be high.

  4. 4

    After a minute add veggies of your choice, bell papers, cabbage, carrot. Mix all.

  5. 5

    Add Mexican herbs, green chilis, guacamole sauce, chipotle sauce and mix all.

  6. 6

    Saute for 1 minute

  7. 7

    Now add vinegar and salt, mix properly.

  8. 8

    Cook for another 1 minute till all the ingredients mix.

  9. 9

    This is best breakfast recipe for kids as well as for adults. Full powder pack breakfast, too healthy for children. Enjoy children day with your kids.
