Ingredients

1 1/4 lbGround Turkey meat
1/4 cupPanko
1Egg
1 tspGinger
1Garlic clove minced
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 cupCilantro
3Scallions
1 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspSea same oil

Steps

Preheat oven 500°F. Mix meatballs with above ingredients into 1/4 cup balls. Place onto baking dish and cook for 15 minutes.

Make dipping sauce: 4 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 teaspoons lime, 2 teaspoons water and 1 scallion sliced thin.

Take meatballs out of the oven drizzle a little sauce on top (1 tablespoon) and place the res in a bowl for dipping!
