Ingredients

  1. 1 lbRicotta
  2. 2/3 cupParmesan
  3. 1Egg yolk
  4. 2 tbspBasil and parsley (fresh)
  5. 1 tspNutmeg
  6. 1Salt and pepper
  7. 8 ozMozzarella
  8. 1 boxManicotti
  9. 1Sautéed mushrooms and spinach optional
  10. 1 lbSauce homemade :)

Steps

  1. 1

    Spray 9 by 13 inch cooking pan and preheat oven to 350. Cover bottom with thin layer of sauce. Fill noodles with above ingredients. Place in pan. Cover with sauce all over! 1 pound. Put ,mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Bake for 20 minutes covered and 5-10 uncovered.
