1 katoriSprouted moong
1 katoriSprouted chana
to tasteSalt
As needed Kaddi patta
2Chopped green chilli
2Chopped onion
1Boiled and diced potato
1/2 tspKitchen king
1/2 tspLemon juice
2 tspOil
1/2 tspCumin seed
4 tbspTomato puree
as neededChopped Cilantro

Heat oil. Add cumin seed, kaddi patta and chopped onion.

Saute it 2-3 mins. Add chopped green chilli, tomato puree, salt. Cook well.

Add kitchen king and sprouted moong, chanaand potato. Sprinkle some water and cook 4-5 mins.

Garnish with cilantro and lemon juice.
