Ingredients

  • 1 katoriSprouted moong
  • 1 katoriSprouted chana
  • to tasteSalt
  • As needed Kaddi patta
  • 2Chopped green chilli
  • 2Chopped onion
  • 1Boiled and diced potato
  • 1/2 tspKitchen king
  • 1/2 tspLemon juice
  • 2 tspOil
  • 1/2 tspCumin seed
  • 4 tbspTomato puree
  • as neededChopped Cilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil. Add cumin seed, kaddi patta and chopped onion.

  2. 2

    Saute it 2-3 mins. Add chopped green chilli, tomato puree, salt. Cook well.

  3. 3

    Add kitchen king and sprouted moong, chanaand potato. Sprinkle some water and cook 4-5 mins.

  4. 4

    Garnish with cilantro and lemon juice.
