Firstly break your eggs to a bowl adding your sliced pepper, onions and Titus fish then stir together,set aside.

Heat up the vegetable oil adding the already mixed batter into the pan and allow fry for few seconds then set aside

Then cut the round bread into two parts then place your scrambled eggs in between the bread.

Heat up your pan and place the bread on the heated pan allow to heat up for 10 second turning it back and forth.

There you have your burnt bread eggwich.
