Mix the sugar and flour into a paste then mush in the banana, to that add the flour , baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and vanilla extract mix together then add the blueberries and as much milk need to make a cake like batter , put the batter in a greased baking dish and pop in the oven for 30-45mintues at gas mark 170\175-c, poke with knife or stick and if comes out clean it really.... let it rest before eating for best results enjoy xxx
