Trim pork of excess fat if needed.

Season pork with salt, pepper, & cumin.

Mix can of chopped green chilies and broth (or wine). Pour over pork.

Add bay leaf to the liquid.

I prefer the 'low n slow' method so in 8 hours, it'll be ready. I usually don't add too much more seasonings b/c I don't want to drown out the flavor of the pork. Great in any tortilla recipe, over rice, on salad, pizza, you name it.
