Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  • 1 cantuna in water
  • 1jar tomato sauce of choice
  • 1small onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbspcapres chopped
  • 4 tbspkalamata olives chopped
  • 3medium size zucchinis thinly sliced
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • grated mozzarella cheese
  • bread crumbs
  • hot sauce

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except cheeses, bread crumbs & hot sauce

  2. 2

    Cover the bottom of a lasagna plate with a little bit of sauce mix

  3. 3

    Layer some zucchini slices

  4. 4

    Add some of sauce mix on top and repeat step 3 & 4

  5. 5

    Sprinkle top with cheeses & bread crumbs

  6. 6

    Cook uncover aprox. 1 hour in preheated oven at 400º

  7. 7

    Broil couple of minutes till top is crispy & brown

  8. 8

    Remove from oven and let sit 15 minutes before serving

  9. 9
