Ingredients

  1. 1 envelopeblue star lump crab meat
  2. 3 stalkgreen onion
  3. 2 tbsppanko bread crumbs
  4. 2 tbspitalian bread crumbs
  5. dashdried dill
  6. pinchsalt & pepper
  7. pinchcayenne pepper
  8. 1large egg
  9. 1 tbspregular mayo
  10. yellow mustard
  11. lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Mix everything but the crab together. Mix well. Taste to see if additional seasoning is needed.

    Add the crab last. Mix well but try not to break up the crab.

    Form 4 crab patty's. It will be more wet than dry.

    Put in a preheated skillet. Bake for about 10 minutes than flip.

    Garnish with lemon aioli & additional green onions.

  6. 6

    Lemon aioli: mayo, lemon juice & EVOO. Equal parts mayo & EVOO. Add lemon juice to taste & season with salt & pepper.
