Grate the carrots (take only red part if carrots are not Tender)

Add sliced tomatoes and coriander and chilies in grated carrots.

Mix well and add lemon juice and salt

Give tadka in a small pan with tadka material. Pour the tadka in mixture of carrots.

If you like the crunch add crushed peanuts.
