1 tsprajah curry spice
oil to fry
1 tspbenny spice
pinchsalt if needed
pinchwater
1lemon, juiced

Clean carapau well and marinate with garlic, lemon and salt

Fry until brownish

In a separate pot fry onion, tomatoes and rajah curry spice

Add pinch water and fish let it simmer for 5 minutes then it's done
