4 largeBoneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cupCapers
1bottle Newmans Own Light Honey Mustard dressing

Combine ingredients in 1 gallon ziploc bag (minimum 5 hours). I usually do in AM before going to work and let marinate all day.

Apply cooking spray to 9x13 pyrex then dump contents of bag in and spoon capers and dressing on top of chicken

Bake@400 for 25-30 minutes or so occasionally spooning dressing on tops of chicken. They will get a nice golden brown.

After baking brown under broiler for a few minutes to your preference

Steam some red potatoes and asparagus or green beans. They go great.
