1 cupcorn
1 tbspsugar
1/2 tspsalt
2 tspbutter
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tsprock salt
1/2 tspdry mango powder
1 tsplemon juice
1onion chopped
1carrot chopped
leavesSome chopped coriander

Steps

Firstly boil the corn with sugar, water and ¼ tsp salt.

Now drain the water.

In a pan on low flame add butter, corn, carrot, onion, lemon juice, rock salt, plain salt, black pepper, lemon juice, dry mango powder and mix well.

Now off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot masala sweet corn.
