Ingredients

  • For batter:
  • 200Gram/2cupflour(besan)-
  • 1/6 tspHaldi-(if you want)
  • 1tspSalt-add to taste
  • 1tspGreen chilli paste-(if you want)
  • 1tspGinger paste(if you want)
  • 1 tbspLemon juice-(2 lemons)
  • 1tspEno salt
  • For tadka:
  • 1tbspOil
  • 1tspBrown mustard seeds(rai)-
  • 3-4Green chilli-(cut vertically into 2)
  • 1/4tspSalt (add to taste)
  • 3tspSugar
  • 1tspLemon juice
  • Green coriander (finely chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Eno ke alawa sab saman Mila kar gada ghol bana le.

    10 min ke lie isko rakh de,jisse besan ka kann ful jaega

    Bartan jisme aap Dhokla banana chahte hai usme 2 chote glass Pani Daliye aur gas par Garam hone ke lie rakh dijiye ek stand bhi issi bartan mein rakhiye jiske upar hum besan ka ghol bhar kar rakhenge,thali ko tel lgakar chikna kar lijie

    Ab mishran mein Eno daale aur usse acche se Chala le,jaise hi isme air bubble aae turant isko thali mein daal de aur thali ko bartan ke andar stand par rakhie.

    Iss Dhokle ko dhak kar lagh bhag 20 min medium gas flame par pakayein

  6. 6

    Dhokla pakk Chuka hai test ke lie isme chakku ki nok gadakar dekhle,agar yeh chakku par nahi chipakta hai toh yeh taiyar hai.

  7. 7

    Dhokle ki thali bartan se nikalkar thanda kijie,chakku ko kinare mein Chala kar dhokle ko kissi dusri thali mein nikal le.

    Ab chakku ki madad see apne man pasand akaar kaat le.

    Ab tadke ke lie ek fry pan mein tel dalie,tel garam hone ke baad Rai dalie, Rai tadakne ke baad Hari mirch daal kar halka sa talie ab isme aadha cup paani daal dijie,ab isme namak aur cheeni bhi daal dijie,ubaal aane par gas band krde aur nimbu ka Ras Mila le,ab is tadke ko dhoklo ke upar daal dijie aur iske upar hara dhaniya daal de

    Agar Eno salt Dal kar aap mishran ko Jyada der tak chamche se chalate Rahenge air bubble nikal Jane Ke Karan Dhokla acche se nahi fulega

    Yadi Eno salt daalne ke baad Mishran Kafi der baad pakane rakhenge toh bhi Dhokla acche se nahi fulega

  13. 13

    Gas flame kam hone se bhi Dhokla acche se nahi fulega
