Ingredients

  1. 6 cupsflour
  2. 6ripe bananas
  3. 6teaspoons baking powder
  4. 2teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
  5. 6eggs
  6. 2 cupssugar
  7. 250 gmargarine
  8. 1/2 (1 cup)oil
  9. 4 cupswater
  10. to tastevanilla essence

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Beat margarine, oil and sugar

  2. 2

    Add eggs and mashed bananas and beat

  3. 3

    Add vanilla essence

  4. 4

    Add all dry ingredients and water beat until creamy

  5. 5

    Grease the baking tin pour in the mixture and bake at 180'c for 45 minutes
