Ingredients

  • 1medium broccoli
  • 2medium tomatoes
  • 1/2red and 1/2 yellow bellpepper medium
  • 1medium onion
  • 1 cubeamul cheese
  • 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • to your tasteSalt
  • 1 tboil and butter
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 4clove
  • 2 Elaichi

Steps

    First grease both bellppr n roast it on gas stove in low flame when its roast then put in cold water n remove the skin n roughly chop.take onion roughly cute n add pinch of salt n 1tb water cover it n boil for it for 2 to 3minutes.boil tomatoes n chop. Now take kadai put oil n butter when butter melt then put whole spices cook for few seconds n add bellppr onions sauté on medium flame then add boiled tomatoes kashmiri red chilli pwd again sauté for 5 minutes add 1cup hot water cook for 10 minute

    After 10 minutes flame off.Now keep a side for till it's cool and then grind the mixture and sevie it means(jali me dal ke chan le)

    Take broccoli florets put in salted boiled water for few seconds and drain the water and put in cold water

  4. 4

    Put the creamy mixture in kadai when it's become started boiling then do flame off put some broccoli in gravy and some decorations as you want spread grated cheese and serve hot with Nan paratha

  5. 5

    Tip is gravy will not so thik it's medium thik.
