  • 3 ozwhite chocolate, broken into chunks

    In a small heavy saucepan, heat the cream over low heat. Add the white chocolate chunks and stir constantly until the mixture is melted and smooth.

    Chill the sauce, then serve with anything. Or eat it plain.
