2 clovegarlic
2green chilies
1coconut milk
1 bunchcoriander
1 tspturmeric
1 tspcoriander seeds
1 tspcumin seeds
2cardamom pods, husk removed
1/2 tspfennel seeds
1/2 tspbrown mustard seeds
1 dashred wine vinegar

toast all the seeds over a low heat for 3-5 mins, then crush them together with a mortar and pestle

add all the other ingredients apart from coconut milk, and make into a paste

add a small amount of coconut milk to make a sauce. bring it to the boil and turn it off, let it cool and lavishly cover your meat/fish with it, leave for about an hour to let the flavour sink in
