Pan fried liver,vichy carrots and mashed potatoes

Boil the peeled potatoes in a saucepan.

Cut your liver into large cubes.

Using a pan add oil and sneer around the pan.

Add the liver into the hot pan with oil and fry them until they cook.

Into another saucepan put the julienne cut carrots and add 1tbsp of margarine,1cup of water and level tsp of salt.

Boil the carrots till they are lightly cooked and then you drain the remaining water.

If the boiling potatoes are ready,transfer them to a bowl ad add the remaining margarine and mash them till with no lamps.

Your food is ready now serve and garnish to your own taste.
