2/3 cupLt brn sugar - packed
1 largeEgg
1/2 tspVanilla
2Bananas - mashed - approx. 1 cup
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspsalt
1 cupflour, sifted
2/3 cupChocolate chips
1/2 cupMac nuts

Pre-heat oven to 350°

Line 9-inch pan with foil and spray the bottom.

Cream butter n sugar, add egg and beat till fluffy

Add vanilla, then banana

Add baking soda and salt, then flour

Fold in choco chips and mac nuts.

Pour into pan and spread evenly to the edges.

Bake on center rack for 25 - 30 minutes, do a toothpick test.

Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack.
