Ingredients

  • 1 lbCrawfish
  • 1 packagesJiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 1 canCream Style Corn
  • 2Jalapeno Peppers, diced
  • 16 ozPkg Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 1 smallJar Pimentos
  • 1/2Onion, chopped
  • 1/2Bell Pepper, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven & 350°

  2. 2

    Saute onion & bell pepper in butter until nice & brown

  3. 3

    Mix Jiffy cornbread, crawfish, pimentos, cheese, jalapenos, sauteed onion & pepper, & creamed corn with egg & milk (use amount called on jiffy box)

  4. 4

    Empty into a greased 9 x 10-inch baking pan or medium casserole dish & bake for 25 - 30 minutes
