In Kisumu we love Fish. You can stew it, fry it, boil it

Fried fish is one of the common type of fish in Kenya. it is eaten by almost all communities.

I saw some one preparing this fish at the market, so i decided to remake it my way, although the fish burnt a little it was okay.

Fish is always nice. Bwhen deep fried i can eat it with bones, and it is good.

This tasty fried fish recipe is made with a basic combination of flour and seasonings, but don't be fooled by the simplicity of this dish—the fillets fry up crispy and delicious. Haddock and cod are two excellent choices for fried fish, but tilapia, pollock, or another mild white fish should work fine. Be careful not to overcook the thin fillets or burn the crispy coating.

My mum helped me cook fish and the color was great.

If in Kisumu, this fish is a must have. I'm so glad I hacked it perfectly. Truly scrumptious!!

It was the first time I had to cook fish, and I really didn't know what to make. So i try this, its really simple, and my family loved it! You can make a little fish sauce next to it , that's yummy!PS: If you cook this for dinner you can eat it with beans, rice and a nice tomato salad, like on the picture ;)

l was so eager to for fish I decided to I couldn't wait to fry it
