  • 2whole raw fish, tilapia
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1lemon
  • 2tomatoes
  • Salt

  1. 1

    Clean the fish well then cut into half.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle salt over the fish and put over a wire mesh to dry.

  3. 3

    Heat oil well. Fry the fish on both sides.

  4. 4

    Serve with lemon and sliced tomatoes
