Grind peas and sweetcorns seperately. Mash potato and roughly chop methi and coriander

Now mix all together. Add ginger garlic chilli paste, salt corn startch together and make small tikkis of it.

Coat corn startch on each tikki. Gently press cashew on each tikki and deep fry it. Serve it with green chutney or sweet dahi.
