Soak the moong dal for 2 hours and then grind it

Take big size Onions..
Remove skin..
Cut the corner and divide in 3/4 and 1/4 part..
If you have very big size Onion then divide in to two parts
Now separate the layers.. - 3
Now in dal paste add veggies, chopped onion, green chilli and salt and mix well

Now heat the griddle sprinkle some oil on it
Now put onion cup on it fill the cup with dal and veggies mixture..
For 30 seconds on slow flame. - 5
After that put these cups on baking tray and bake on 200℃ for 25 minutes in preheated oven.

If you like cheese put cheese slice on hot onion cup and enjoy your cheesy onion cup.
