Mix sugar and blueband then add eggs and beat well

Add the milk, ginger and flour also the baking powder and using a stiring stick mix well

When firm add oil and mix with hands until it doesn't stick on the hands or bowl.

Close and wait for it to smoothen

Heat pan with enough oil for deep-frying the mandazis

Take the dough and devide into 4 portions to enable you get clear sizes of mandazis

Roll each into chapati shapes then use a knife to cut into small equal portions

Drop them one by one into the cooking oil and deep fry until in gives you the admirable color that you opt.

When ready put into a dish ready to be served with coffee or tea
