  • 6 largeeggs
  • 1 1/2 cupbaby food carrot puree
  • 3 cupreduced fat extra sharp shredded chedder cheese
  • 1/2 cupmunstor cheese
  • 4 cupcooked macaroni
  • 1salt & pepper to taste

  1. 1

    perheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    line a muffin pan w/paper liners

  3. 3

    whisk eggs & puree together .. add macaroni ,mix well

  4. 4

    add only 1 1/2 cup of cheese to.mixture

  5. 5

    add mixture evenly to pan. add remaining cheese on.top of each muffin

  6. 6

    bake for 20 - 22 mins. lightly browned on top . season w/ salt n pepper to taste . enjoy
