bringsoup and milk to boil. stir in 1/2 cup soup mix into eggs; heat egg mixture and American cheese in sauce pan on low.

heat until cheese melts. grease medium casserole. Preheat oven to 350°. Cut chicken into strips. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Spoon into dish.

place chicken strips over stuffing. Pour soup mix over chicken. Cover dish.

Baked for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over sauce. Bake uncovered, until cheese is melted; about 5 minutes.
