lower 6 eggs gently into a pot of cold water with a pinch of salt . bring to the boil then cook over low heat for 15-20 mins . stir the eggs for the first 10 mins of cooking time so the yolks will be centred . place the pot under running cold water until the eggs are completely cooled . shell eggs and cut in half with a stainless steal knife . press egg yolk though a sieve ,blend with the mayonnaise ,curry ,mustard , tacasco sauce and salt ,pepper . place mixture into a piping bag and fill the egg whites .
