Ingredients

  • For dough:-
  • 1 1/2 cupFlour-
  • 1 tspSugar -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3/4 tbspDry yeast-
  • 1 cupWater lukewrm-
  • For filling:-
  • 1Onion - chopped
  • 1Capsicum- chopped
  • 2 tbspSweet corn-
  • 2 tbsp Mushroom-
  • 1 tbspChilli flakes-
  • 1 tbspOregano-
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspTomato puree or sauce
  • 1/2 tspKali mirch-
  • 1/2 cupMozrella chese-
  • 2 tbspOil-

Steps

  1. 1

    Dough -Take a glass bowl add yeast,sugar,1/2cup lukewarm water.take rest for 15-20min.

  2. 2

    Now add flour and salt in yeast mixture make a soft dough,add 1tsp oil and take rest for 1/2an hour on warm place.

  3. 3

    Filling:-,take a pan add oil,add onion capsicum,garlic fry it little add mushroom,corn saute it.add all masala and herbs.add sauce and balance the taste.lastly add pizza chese

  4. 4

    Now dough divided by 4 parts.take one part and roll it in circle,add filling in centre and fold it.prick it with fork or knife.brush with oil

  5. 5

    On top.bake it in preheated oven on 180 degree for 15-20min.
